I want to inform all members and non-members of the following.

No Vehicles are permitted to drive up to the fields without approval from a board member. The fields are closed to ALL vehicle traffic. This takes effect immediately.

All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot.

If any one has any questions please feel free to reach out to myself or a board member.

I had this happen during the ladies night Oct 2nd. A truck came in as we were setting up (after 5pm) on the 25 yd range in back of the clubhouse.

I yelled (a lot) , ran toward them waving my arms, they just ignored me (or didn't see me) as they flew by the clubhouse & past the trap field and turned right, to go up into the pines. I told everyone to be on high alert and to watch & listen for the truck. We heard it coming back as we were taking a break so of course there was no shooting on the range happening at that time.

Thank you for responding. Can you describe the make model and color of the vehicle?

In about 2 hours I will be posting No Trespassing By Vehicle by the overlook for the archery raised platform.

We can not have vehicles driving up to the fields. Sorry for any issues that may have caused.

Roger (& Dave) -

If one of the bird dog guys who was hell bent on training his dogs vs safety didn't notice Mim what makes you think that he could or will read a sign. Why don't we just ask Dave to retract all of his previous multiple posts allowing anyone training a bird dog to drive up to the south field? Or maybe Dave could just send his bird dog buddies a text.

Also please consider my request to only allow dog training in the fields across Cedar Creek Rd. We stocked pheasants in both the north & south fields for the kids to hunt. Fine tuning/training a bird dog in the north field will push the pheasants from our property.

This morning I posted 2 signs stating, No Trespassing with vehicles and placed 2 reflective cones blocking the road by the elevated stand for archery.

Once again, NO one is permitted to drive up to the fields without a board members permission.

Dave is a board member, and he granted written permission via his multiple posts to all members training their bird dogs. What is stopping those individuals from driving up through the north field? Dave (or someone else) needs to retract all of his previous posts!

My post on October 13, 2025 to all the membership overrides all other post about driving up to the fields. I posted signs on the 14th halting all traffic for going up to the fields along with 2 reflective cones blocking the road. ANY one that drives up to the fields without permission will be delt with. A suspension or termination or other actions could occur if a violation happens.
